Founded by Matt Williams, Enhance Homes has grown from a small family operation into one of Yorkshire's most trusted home improvement specialists. Our mission has always been simple: deliver outstanding quality, be honest with our customers, and take genuine pride in every project.
We specialise in orangeries, solid roof conservatories, bi-fold doors, and conservatory conversions. Every installation is carried out by our own skilled team, never subcontracted, ensuring the same high standards from start to finish.

The People Behind Enhance Homes
Matt Williams
Director
At age 16 in the 90s, straight out of school, Matt was given the opportunity to manage a factory manufacturing conservatory roofs. He quickly expanded, building a team and producing 50 roofs per week. Fast-tracked 12 years later, Matt moved to installation. Ahead of his time, Matt quickly became the go-to person, training teams and developing systems.
After being headhunted and in high demand, he was recognised as an industry expert. In 2019, Matt saw a gap in the market and an opportunity to give customers the care and quality installations they deserved.
Matt has now built and trained remarkable teams and scaled the business to be able to offer his expertise and skills to more customers than ever before.
Sarah Langley
Company Secretary
Sarah has a proven track record of providing top-notch service to customers through her extensive experience in sales and service management. With 11 years of experience at Rentokil Initial, she started her journey as a branch secretary in a new branch and steadily climbed the ranks. Sarah's dedication and hard work led to her promotion to sales where she excelled as one of the top sales consultants in the country for four consecutive years.
In her role as a sales consultant, Sarah managed a large client portfolio, valued at nearly £1 million, within the healthcare industry. She built strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing customers, ensuring they received excellent value for their money.
Despite her success in the corporate world, Sarah made the decision to leave and support her partner, Matt, in his business endeavours. Drawing on her skills acquired through sales and management roles, she became an integral part of the team.
Outside of her professional life, Sarah is a dedicated animal lover. She has volunteered at a veterinary practice, where she supported the veterinary team in caring for small animals. Sarah's passion for animals shines through in her volunteer work, demonstrating her caring and compassionate nature beyond her professional endeavours.
